There’s no shortage of resources on how to implement a merger, but very little that helps leaders navigate the complex, often swirly process of how to get to YES.

 

We became curious about this gap and are deeply grateful to the 15 not-for-profit CEOs and sector leaders who generously shared their experiences of both successful and aborted mergers.  Through these conversations, we’ve explored the early stages of merger thinking, how Boards make pivotal decisions, what success can look like beyond completion, and how to stay anchored to purpose and impact at every step of the journey.​
